A Conversation with God for Women by Marcia Ford

After reading conversation with God, i could not wait to get the women’s version.  Though you can tell it is a different author it is the same premise as Conversation with God and delves into different questions and aspects of God and Jesus, who they are and their character. Still enjoy the format of asking a question and then God, Jesus, The Holy Spirit or a woman from the Bible answer the question ~ I think of it as “talk show” format.  It allows you to get a perspective from the Old Testament (God), New Testament (Jesus) and perhaps a view from another biblical person or two.  Many questions are addressed in other books of a theological nature, but I enjoyed they simple way this says the same answers almost as if hearing it a bit differently sets off a light bulb in the brain.

I would definitely recommend this book ~ as a matter of fact my family is doing it as a daily devotional!
